Abstract

1. The history of the nomenclature of cystlike tuberculous lesions is discussed and clarified.

2. The classification of Komins has been adopted and rigidly adhered to.

3. A case of disseminated bone tuberculosis is described, its rarity emphasized, and its etiology postulated.

4. Attention has been drawn to the occasional presence of hyperealcemia in this condition.
