A Prospective, Randomized, Short-Term Outcome Study," by Kim et al. (2010;92:1911-20), and congratulate the authors for reporting that all patients had an improved clinical outcome and a low complication rate. However, we believe the authors failed to structure this study to provide the information required to support their conclusions about the gender-specific implant design.
